Right to Cancel & Return

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on Products returned for any reason. We'll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Scentual World Ltd at 9-11 Baldertongate Newark Nottinghamshire NG241UE 01636640445 or email of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post or e-mail). 

Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service team.

  1. Submit your return via email or letter. If prompted you will be asked to upload a photo of your item. We will not accept images from our website, 3rd party websites or any other images that are not of your own Logical Beauty order with packaging. If the images supplied do not meet the guidelines there may be a delay processing your refund.

  2. Our customer service team will be in contact within 2 working days with instructions for returns. It is the customer's responsibility to repackage the items for return. Logical Beauty does not send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags or any other packaging material for customers to return items.

We cannot refund postage.

All Return Requests are valid for only 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your Return Request will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned to you.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you. 

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement undue delay, and not later than - 
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or 
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or Scentual World Ltd 9-11 Baldertongate Newark Nottinghamshire NG241UE, where applicable, of the person authorised by you to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Duty of Care
Customers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession. When returned it is the customer's duty to take reasonable care to ensure that Logical Beauty (Scentual World Limited) receive the goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit. If this reasonable care is not exercised Logical Beauty (Scentual World Limited) may have a claim against the consumer for breach of this statutory duty. 

In the case of goods that have hygiene seals these must not be removed when examining the product.
